Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Agrixia ("the Platform"), including the mobile application, web application at app.agrixia.com, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

Agrixia is operated by ANUBRIS (PRIVATE) LIMITED (CUIN: 0326864, NTN: I546208), a company registered in Lahore, Pakistan ("we," "us," or "the Company").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Agrixia. By using the Platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid Pakistani phone number to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must not share your OTP verification codes with anyone.
• You may not create multiple accounts or use another person's phone number.
• You agree to provide accurate and truthful information in your profile.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings, jobs, or content.
• Misrepresent the condition, price, or availability of equipment, produce, or services.
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or activity.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users through messaging or any other feature.
• Post spam, inappropriate content, or unsolicited advertisements.
• Attempt to manipulate reviews, ratings, or trust scores.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Platform.
• Circumvent security measures, rate limits, or access controls.
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful content.
• Impersonate another person or entity.

5. Marketplace Terms

Agrixia is a platform that connects buyers and sellers of agricultural products, equipment, and services. We do not own, sell, or control any items listed on the marketplace.

• All transactions are between the buyer and seller directly. Agrixia is not a party to any transaction.
• Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including descriptions, images, prices, and condition.
• Buyers are responsible for verifying items before completing a purchase.
• Agrixia does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or availability of listed items.
• Disputes between buyers and sellers should be resolved between the parties. Agrixia may assist through our reporting system but is not obligated to mediate.

6. Job Board Terms

• Job posters are responsible for providing accurate job descriptions, fair wages, and safe working conditions.
• Workers are responsible for providing honest information about their skills and experience.
• Agrixia does not employ workers or guarantee employment. We are a platform for connecting job posters with workers.
• Payment for work is agreed upon between the parties and handled outside the Platform unless using Agrixia Connects.

7. Connects (Virtual Currency)

• Connects are a virtual currency used to access premium features on Agrixia (e.g., featuring listings, boosting jobs).
• Connects are purchased with Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through JazzCash or EasyPaisa.
• Connects have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real currency.
• Connects are non-refundable once spent on platform actions.
• We reserve the right to modify Connects pricing and availability.
• Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) credit is subject to eligibility requirements and must be repaid within the specified period.

8. Content and Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of content you post (listings, shorts, statuses, messages, reviews).
• By posting content, you grant Agrixia a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform.
• You must not post content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
• We may remove content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines.
• The Agrixia name, logo, and platform design are the intellectual property of ANUBRIS (PRIVATE) LIMITED.

9. Zameen Naap (Land Measurement)

The Zameen Naap feature provides GPS-based land measurement estimates for informational purposes only.

• Measurements are approximations based on GPS data and may vary from official survey measurements.
• Agrixia is not responsible for decisions made based on Zameen Naap measurements.
• For legal or official purposes, always consult a certified land surveyor (patwari).
• GPS accuracy depends on device quality, satellite visibility, and environmental conditions.

10. Privacy

Your use of Agrixia is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
• We may suspend accounts reported for fraud, harassment, or illegal activity pending investigation.
• You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Account deletion is processed after a 30-day grace period.
• Upon termination, your access to the Platform will be revoked and your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers

• Agrixia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
• Market prices shown are for informational purposes and may not reflect current mandi rates.
• Weather information is sourced from third-party providers and may not be fully accurate.
• We are not responsible for losses resulting from transactions conducted through the Platform.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, ANUBRIS (PRIVATE) LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or email.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
